Supervise and coordinate financial auditors to execute audit program of normal audit mission to ensure that the mission is smoothly and successfully completed and the identified risks are reported; assess the internal control to ensure that the reliability and integrity of both financial and operational information, and compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures at head office.

Description

Conduct market demand survey to keep track of the market trends on financial products.
> Conduct marketing research studies and analyze findings.
> Conduct feasibility studies on new products and services opportunities.
> Knowledge on developing research proposal.
> Conduct monitoring and evaluation on financial services and related projects.
> Conduct microfinance environmental analysis and competition analysis.
> Assist unit manager in develop and update market research manual.
> Assist in Business Intelligence (BI) analysis.
> Write research report focus mainly on finding and result to the management.
> Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

> Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields; ACCA/CPA is preferable;
> Minimum 3 years experiences in auditing or other related fields;
> Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English;
> Good computer literacy;
> High commitment and able to work under pressure.
